Weeks 1 to 4: Design, Selections, and Ordering

This phase decides whether the rest of the project runs smoothly. Measurements, a cabinet layout, appliance specs, and every finish selection get locked before demo. Appliances matter more than people expect: cabinet openings are built to appliance dimensions, so a late refrigerator change can force cabinet rework.

Weeks 2 to 5: Permits
